Blue label ****

I took a contract from blue label and I got a phone that I did not even know. I was paying R250 but they only put R68 airtime that lasted for a few calls. The phone was very common and broke and when I reported they sent a courier to pick it up for repairs but they said I must pay R800 before I can get it back. I called them several times to cancel the contract but they just started deducting double on my account. It is not easy to get hold of them and when you do, you don't get help. Since 2019 they have been robbing me and I found out they duplicated my contract and now I had 2. I have been trying to pay them now through debt collectors but still it is showing on my credit record. I settled the account by Alliance call center services. And by DMC but still it shows as in arreas on my credit report. I just don't know how to get rid of blue label if someone can help me please.
