This company is not just a joke but a complete ****. My wife was contacted and offered a voucher for being such a wonderful Makro customer. At no point was it explained that it was a subscription and that they were going to be adding the cost of the monthly fee to her Makro account. This started in June, since then she's been sent from pillar to post to cancel this subscription. She finally thought she had gotten some success when she received an email confirming that they were going to cancel the subscription only to find out that they are still taking a monthly fee but worse still they recalled the email they sent her. These people are complete ****mers. The recording of the call was requested and to date have not made the recording available. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM WHEN THEY CALL. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
