Blu Label Connect Disaster and incompetency

Terrible experience ever .I took out a cell phone contract with them I never received any of the benefits that came with the phone,they debit twice a month,,in fact twice in a week and they refuse to refund for their mistake called to cancel the contract and I was told to pay a certain amount of which I agreed to,,instead they debited the initial amount and I'm still paying yet I cancelled the cell phone contract..The phone is useless as it just won't work and they ignore all my complaints and enquires.
