BLC DELIVERED A WRONG HANDSET

BLC delivered a phone which is not what we agreed on. I tried to call them but they don't pick my calls. The phone is still sealed I haven't opened. I would like them to take it back but there is no communication with them. Any rep from BLC to address this matter??
