BLACLISTED FOR SOMETHING I NEVER USE-BLUE LABEL CONNECT

This is a nightmare.Im struggling for more than 3 years with Blue Label Connect to fetch their phone.I cancelled the contract the same day of the delivery.They have promised to fetch the phone from the day of delivery wich was the 9 the OF MARCH 2022 untill to date10/07/2024 .I have never used the phone ,I have made several phone calls to them to collect it and They PROMISE ever since , because of this situation I am now BLACKLISTED and its very much frustrating. WHERE TO FROM HERE because Im listed for something I never used and I have made numerous communication with these people from the day of delivery.

Im even willing to send my communication ways to them if its needs be.
