Bad treatment

I took a contract phone last year October they debit their money from my bank account to my surprise in other months they don't debit I keep on calling they to ask why sometimes they don't debit so they keep on saying they will solve that issue but every now and then they keep on debiting sometimes they don't and I got tired of calling them for same thing every time so this year from Feb they didn't debit until June then in July they called me to say my acc is behind and in arrears so I asked them why is that because they are the ones who did not debit whilst they have my bank acc and I keep on calling them with the same issue everytime so I got tired and never called to ask why they not debiting so we came to an agreement that they will debit end of July I even approved debit on my bank app fine they debited so they called again during August to say I must approve for a debit order for end of August of which I did then to my surprise the amount was taken twice I called them to ask why they said is because my acc was in arrears then after that I was called by company called Alliance cc they told me that I was handed over to them by Blue label connect and I told them that how can Blue label do that to me because it's their fault they are the ones who didn't debit from my acc it's not me who didn't pay them so I called Blue label to ask them how can they debit and on the other hand they hand me over and it's on my fault it's they fault because they are the ones who were not ding they job so ask them why they do that so I want to know is it possible for them to debit and on the other hand they hand me over to another that I'm a bad payer and that was caused by them Blue label it self unhappy customer thanks Vuyiswa
