Bad telephone ethics

I'm really ****ed off with this company that calls me on behalf of blue label connect to offer cell phone contracts. every week I get 2 or 3 calls from them and i always tell them that i have 2 cell phones on contract. now what irritates me the most is that one of their agents hang up a call on me, that's so rude. last week when they called me I asked to speak to their supervisor, I spoke to him His name is Phemelo or something. I explained to him the situation and asked him to remove me from their call list or data base. he agree and guess what? he hang up the call in to my ear again. now at 12:41 I just received a call from them again and I asked to speak to their supervisor (Phemelo) again... guess what she hang up on my ear again. I would like that company's Manager or the CEO to call me and explain to me if that's the kind of training he or she is giving to hang up calls on us like this? I'm so ****ed of with all this...
