Bad service they don't know how to treat their customers

company delivered my cellphone contract on the 23rd September and they debited my account on the 25th which was supposed to be on the 25th October i've been calling them and was told that they'll come back to me within 72hrs since the 27 September haven't receive any refund from them they dont know how to run the service
