bad service , lies , not keeping to contract agreement .

this has to be the worse cellular provider ever.. i cant deal with people having to provide a services but instead *****ing from you . Ive sent my phone in for repairs , South-African brand phone ,MARA is the name . screen is not damaged but just went blank . I waited 2 months with no response and today I call , and they advise , my bill is R1600.00 to fix a screen .. I refused the amount and request my phone and now they tell me I need to pay a rejection fee before I get the phone that I am still paying , further more the lady tells me I will be black listed if for this . 1stly I had to call to find out what the amount is I should be pay , then they tell me there is a rejection fee, none of this was this was explained when I spoke to them and today with the worse most arrogant service from Noxolo and Tammy , I was told I cant get my phone until i pay the rejection fee.. paying the fee is no problem , but I as a client need to be informed on this . this **** service is what I'm paying for monthly ,and I have to keep my end of the agreement ,yet I don't have anything from this company .
