BAD SERVICE FROM RMCS!!!!

On the 24/12/2018 I cancelled this airtime and sms product as I didnt sign up for this and dont know how they get it right to put this on my account at Jet with reference ********** 892434 spoken to Jouine. 24/12/2018 @ 11:12AM - I also received two sms details: Your cancelproduct call has been logged. Ref:EDCP-181 ********** 434

Today 17/01/2019 I received my bill and still this is on my account. Merryl from Jet phoned them and spoke to several diffrent people namely Lebo, Junior and Busi as they only rep**** with " they are still working on the matter" and when asked to speak to a supervisor or manager they are stating "they are on tee"!!!!!!!!!!

I want these people to cancel this on my account as Im going to pay off my account (as little as it is) and will close my account and never purchase from Jet again!!!
