bad service from blue lable connect

I have a contract with them that they were very good with selling it to me. was quickly approved and everything. parcel was delivered very good. now here comes the issue. I spoke to a consultant in feb/march regard a debi mandate that i need to approve on the contract for the second time. i approved the mandate and thought all was in order. now over the weekend of the 22/07 i reveived a call from a collectors company states that i was handed over. so as i ask but why as i have spoken to a consultant and a i have approved the debi mandate. why did blue lable not get in contact with me but just followed this ruite. Lady was very rude as i asked her to get in contact with her client as im a client of blue lable connect. she did not do what i requested her to do and called me back again and said she can not she will keep on calling me.

I think this is very bad service of blue lable connect with not comunicating with their clients and putting us in a situation that is unnecessarily.
