Bad service Blue Label Connect

Ive app**** for a cellphone contract and they promised delivery on the 19th. The courierit company said they phoned me at my home at 80 clock thst evening. We didn't received any calls and they dont answers their phones and you dont get anybody to reschedule. Untill now nothing no phone no response. We are cancelling due to poor customers service. Also I didnt order the phone they want to deliver the htc phones are the worst and we dont wsnt it
