Bad Service!!!

This has been the worst experience with Blue Label Connect. My phone was collected for repairs on October 18th, and since then, I've been repeatedly told that they are waiting for a quote from their repair partner. Meanwhile, money is still being debited from my account. I am extremely disappointed. I’m currently paying for a phone I don’t even have, and I can’t stop the debit order. I can’t wait for my contract to end in January. My advice: Never, under any circumstances, sign a contract with Blue Label Connect. They are ****mers.
