Bad service

Good day,I had a contract phone from this company and the experience was very bad.when the phone started to have problems I reported it and it took them more than 5 months to collect the phone and I never missed a payment.they invoiced me for the repairs and I paid the agreed amount,they collected the phone and I continued paying for the phone I did not have.its almost 8 months now and I still don’t have that phone.my contract came to an end in January and they started calling me informing me that I qualify for an upgrade,how do I upgrade when I still don’t know what happened to the phone they were supposed to fix.to this day I have no phone and no feedback from this company.when I checked my credit report this company has updated that my account has been handed over but I never skipped a single payment on my contract.i only used the phone for 1 year but I paid for the whole contract,this company treated me very bad.
