BAD SERVICE
I settled my account on 22.05.2023.. After NUMEROUS calls from them, and blacklisted name, i requested a Paid up letter.. Received it 24.07.2023.. UNTIL TODAY they keep on phoning requesting for payment, ive sent the POP to the manager too.. EVERYTIME its the same reply "The system is not updated yet, sorry about that" Sometimes they even hang up while im still explaining that i DID PAY!!!???
