Bad service

I have a cellphone contact with blue label connect, I made a payment of the outstanding amount on the 3rd or February and sent a proof of payment on the same day. Today I called and spoke to an agent by the name of Kesha who advised that the allocation of the payment is not done and still going to take 7 to 14 working days….they are quick to list the areas on the credit report but they take months to allocate payment!!! Very bad service don’t apply for their services
