BAD SERVICE

Very unprofessional staff as call agents. People who have NO telephone ethnics should not be calling people up at all. They put the phone off in your ear while you busy talking to them. They call nonstop and when I asked if they calling from Blue Label Connect, she puts the phone off again. I tried calling back several times asking to speak to a supervisor. The lady first tells me they are all in meetings. When I told her I dont believe her, she then changes her story and said "none of the supervisors are in today" Im discussed in this company. With all these bad reviews, this company should close their doors.
