bad service

the only thing i wanted to do was sim swap, was told its going to take 24 hours but its been over a week. when i called it took forever to get through and when someone finally answer they tell you they will escalate and someone will call you. the call centre is so unprofessional, the noise in background, bad attitude from consultant and long hold time sies
