Bad Service!

Poor Service. I will never in my life do business with blue label connect again. So i got a contract from them and finally after weeks the phone finally got deliverd, just for me to find out it is broken. I phoned weeks on end every second day. I finally got hold of Thandi and was informed that the phone will be collected and assest (this will take 14 days and so month end is coming up again and i will be paying for a broken phone again)and if it is my fault i need to carry the cost. Wonderful! So they send me a broken phone and since the 19th February i have been struggling for them toget back to me regarding this. So i got so fed up i want to cancel the contract wich is now also payable by me. They deducted the monthly installment for a broken phone and i now i still have to pay for cancellation as well. Not a very happy Customer. I was also told by Thandi that i had mo right to tell her to give me fwedback within an hour which she by the way did not do! I feel like going to.the umbutsman regarding this company.
