Bad service

On the 7th February 2018 they offered me a contract which I took and they debited my money on the 9th February 2018. Promised to deliver my phone on the following Monday between 11:00am and 13:00pm which is today. It is 14:30pm right now no phone no call from them to explain the delay. I have loaded airtime to call them but no answer until my R50 was gone what kind of ******* is this?
