Bad service

I have been calling them countless times to cancel the contract as it is not what was told to me over the phone they have been promising to cancel but nothing is happening also I have asked that they take their phone back I was told I can't give the phone back the phone is giving me endless problems since day one I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect I have exhausted all options as I am being given bad service when calling their customer service
