Bad service

The absolute worst service from this company,I am still waiting for my refund to blue label,they always want my January statement where they debited twice every time and i've send them but still havent receive my refund till today, I have tried to contact them so many times without help my complain was lodged on the 28th January. I spoke to Nikita,Zizipho and Mpho the manager still not refunded
