Bad service

<p>I received my new phone yesterday from blue label. It's not even 24hrs later and the phone is giving me problems. The screen just switches off while I'm busy with the phone. I tried calling them to no avail they don't answer it goes straight to voicemail I think this is just a scan that they running and I refuse to pay for something I can't even use! If you debt my account I will lay charges and believe me by the reviews on this website there are a lot of people that will stand by me... </p>
