bad service

<p>my number was migrated into rmcs while I was on cellc. cellc send an sms saying ' if you want R50 +25 smses reply yes ' and that what I i Did replying yes.the number was migrated in two day which I got the sms to prove that . i called their customer care line no one has contact me back. the agent unable to migrate back the number ,every agent is talking a differnt story .the first agent told me the number will be migrate in24-48 hours the case was logged on the 29 of feb 217 till today no one has called back .I ve been loading airtime to get my feedback because their customer care charges premium rates. I need my number back to prepaid.</p>
