Bad service

<p>Am unable to make a sim swap because this company is owning my sim withouth my knowledge when I called them they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs as from Friday until now I even requsted to speak to their team leader but she didn't help me with any thing as shetold me to just wait they will call me on what because I don't have an access to my phone from friday,</p>
