Bad linked accounts

For the past few weeks I've been calling the company and send emails. I went to cell C to review my account and try and sort out a issue I have with regards to topping up my account. The sales representative informed me that I have 10 accounts linked to my name through Blue Label Connect. The account is standing on R43k the unfortunate issue is that no one from the said company has contacted me so that we can resolve the issue.
