Bad experience with the company Blue Lebel Connect

I have bad experience with this company , 2021 i took control phone ,then it was not working properly then i cancel the contract . I called them that im no longer interested to this phone they must come and collect it.

Then after that they told me that they gonna arrange collection for it, sunce 2021 till 2023 they never did, every week i keep calling them to collect it they don't now they put my name under debt even though I've cancelled the contact, of which it their problem now.

I hate them as they don't take their clients serious.

Please note that as you requested a cancelation after the 7-day cooling off period, you are liable to settle your account as per our agreement.

No body ever told me that n if i was told i was gonna pay then are they not collecting the phone since 2021 till today ,as every week i called them they keep asking the collection address ,but no one came and collect, the service is very poor i can't even refer anyone to your company as you don't take ur clients serious.

Please note that your collection request was already re-logged this morning. 

Please advise if you would like to proceed with this process now that you understand that there is a settlement fee that is required for your cancelation to be fully processed?

They logged collection after i called again today, the truth you don't treat your client well, why were i not told all this time, coz now i keep calling to request for collection, i hate your services you can't tell me that since 2021 till now you failing to collect the phone.
