Bad customer services

They are very quick to offer you the best phone package available, but when it comes to keeping track of your accounts and payments, it is all a total mess. They cant find emails, or they cant read, and they don't listen to what their clients tell them over the phone. You have to do stuff over and over again, but still nothing get sorted out.
