BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LEKGATI SESHEGO CIRCLE CENTRE

Ackermans Seshego Circle Centre.....Bad attitude and bad response plus uncalled for argument from Lekgati..after a long shopping for my unborn child,then i receive a very bad attitude from The guy called Lekgati..we as customers where informed that their system is currently offline and they will b taking cash in the mean time while waiting for the system to be back..after couple of minutes, he said n"ext customer" and that customer is me...iv asked him if the system is now working,he said he wana check..okay..I gave him my account card then he said..no the system is still offline.. then iv asked him what must I do since I have to rush home and I still need the clothes..his rude and disrespectful response was "obviously u cant take those clothes home and you ddnt pay for them " yes,that one I knw so why respond in that manner and he continued with the next customer as if I dnt exist..People like Lekgati have no respect,undermines people and rude deserves to be working at the Stockroom hence he lacks customer service..its not our fault that the system went down and we had baskets full of clothes..
