Bad Customer service

My experience is very bad .They have been deducting money from my account for over 2 months for a sim card I didn't activate nor did I get a sim card and when I called in for a refund none of them were able to help me . Unfortunately I stay far away from my Capitec branch for them to block their debit order for them .The money they keep deducting is money that I really need because I'm living on a stipend
