Bad Customer service

I just recently took out a cellphone contract with this company they have the worst level off customer service the device was delivered and it's not even a week old and I'm having issues with it I have contacted them numerous times today they keep on saying they will get back to me but no one as ever got back to me , they excuse is that they will collect the phone and send it for testing which is nonsense because this phone is not even a week old this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they are actually bring down Cell C by offering such bad customer service to customers I wish that some one could contact me with regards to this honestly if I don't get any feedback from I will take this to court I will never ever refer any off my friends or family to this company and also any out there please don't take a contract from them as you will suffer just like me
