Bad cellphone contract company

Blue Label Connect is the wores and unreliable cell phone contract company I have ever met bad service faulty phones they did debit my account two times I didn't get my money no one is calling u back I had to call for two weeks after them this happened in February I told them to fecth the phone and cancel my contract they are telling me to pay settlement letter I did pay every month for my phone so many complaints about their bad service I just I regret the day that I took out contract with them they told me my account is in arrears but I got all the proof of every payment I am not happy with them
