Bad and rude service

I have been requesting to cancel this thing for the past 3-4 years which I never signed up for and requested records but still nothing. last week requested to do a swim swop still my number isn't active and requested they cancel again they say they will call you but nothing instead I'm wasting my money and time calling them. their service is very poor and they are rude always dropping calls I really would love to sue the **** out of this company.
