Bad ************** against my professional line of duty
I app**** twice for a contract with the company all my details has been entered in the data base i got pre approved for a new cellphone contract and everything when they found out that I'm a site security officer i got declined immediately and the consultants became Rude towards me as i asked them why do they discriminate against my professional line of duty as the site im working on isn't going to be closed for another 30 to 35 years from now on so this isn't a way to work with new clients why make the effort to contact me for a cellphone contract then if you just going to end up discriminating against my professional line of duty absolutely poor service i would never recommend blue label connect to any of my friends and family ever this company is purely there to discriminate against a person's professional line of duty

27 Jul 2023, 14:41Spoke to one of your agents again just now just to get the same response company policy state that as a site security officer you are not allowed to approve my contract so yeah you're company is discriminating against site security officers so yeah it doesn't help i keep on giving you my details and everything just to get the same response everytime

27 Jul 2023, 16:45Please remove my number from your systems as well because you're call center agents keep on phoning me and make everything a big joke and when they tell me your company policy doesn't allow me to get a contract they laugh at me as they find pleasure in the humaliation and ************** against me as a site security officer and also train your call center agents better to treat customers better after this review i posted on here i have received already 11 calls from your call center and everytime your call center agents laugh at me for the ************** against my professional line of duty from your company that's poor client service from you guy's i personally think I should consult with my lawyer and see if we can open a ************** and defamation of character in a certain line of duty against you guys thank you for your time
