There are the worse cell phone company every. I took out a cell phone contract with them late last year. Had the phone for 1 month and it gave me problems. The phone just went blank while I was still busy on it. They collected the phone and I got it back in 2 weeks.

A month later the same thing happened, I contacted them to collect, and that took almost 2 weeks for been pick up.

It's been almost 2 months later and no phone. I phone almost every day to find out about the phone, and no positive feedback.

THEY first told me that they don't have my phone, then my phone was with the courier company, then it's they got the phone and it's in repairs, then it's the repair department has a backlog on repairing my phone.

Now what makes me more angry is that Friday pass they phone me again to say that the courier company will make contact with me regarding the drop off of the phone. It's again 2days later.

And what also makes me angry is that for the last 2 months I'm paying a phone that is not in my position.
