Avoid Blue Label connect its a ****
I took a contract with Blue Label connect, I cannot use the cellphone. The couriers didn't fetch the phone for the repairs. The Sim card never worked. I spoke to a team leader nothing happened. They are useless and still part of Edcon. Avoid this company don't take their phones

08 Mar 2023, 10:33Blue Label tried to contact me at 8am, I work nightshift I'm not awake at 8am in the morning. Number 2 your useless couriers never contacted me ever. They afraid to come to Eldorado Park and now they lying, I want to please see the calls they made to my phone to arrange collection. Your couriers are useless, your call centre is useless, the Teamleader I complained to is useless. This company is linked to a big brand like Edcon. Disgusting. I could not use that phone from day 1 and already paid 2 installments. Blue Label is the worst company and I refuse to pay 1 more cent on your useless phone, useless Sim card. I'm going to remove the debit at my bank. Keep the phone, follow the advise of your technician to take it to the Pakistanis to open. Let it go into collections and pay R50 a month whilst it is in arrears. I'm tired of Blue Label. I hate your company.
