Authorized airtime contracts
A couple of months later I discovered that I was signed up for some sort of airtime sub account on my my vodacom number that was authorized by this company blue label connect. I reached out to Vodacom and advised that I contact this company, after a week of reaching out to them on social media they advised it had been escalated to the relevant department and that they would be in contact with me. ****, I received a text informing me that I was migrated to prepaid which was always the case and now no explanation as to who signed me up for this contract and who will be liable for those costs. What a mystery...
