Attempting a swip swap for 30 days and counting

We have been trying to do a sim swap for the past 2 weeks. We logged a sim swap query(lookup the reference number with cell) on the 29 Nov 2018 and it is over 48 working hours. Ref: ********** 851657 I spoke to the following people and my query is still not resolved even after escalating 3 times. I spoke to 1. Junior – He dropped my phone  2. Babalwa 3. Mashudu 4. Lebogang 5. Dineo 6. Nomsa 7. Primrose 8. Busi Can someone competent please help with resolving this.
