Assistance would be highly appreciated

I've been calling STD Bank Connect since 12h00 today and I've been holding for an hour. I was ****** now I don't have a card or a phone now I need to apply for the new sim card but its difficult to hold of STD Bank Connect. I went to STD Bank branch, and I was given a number to call but still I'm not getting any assistance.
