During the weekend of 6/7 April 2019 my cellphone number *** was switched off. I contacted them on the Monday morning, 8 April, and they said someone will phone me within 24 hours. I phoned them back after no one called me, and I phoned them again, and was told 24 - 48 hours. After 4 days, I called again and was told 24 - 48 working hours. Up to now still no one has called me (nearly 3 months later). I spend over R300 on airtime and I had to have a sim-swop. They are really not trustworthy. They make all the time promises and said somebody will phone back, and it never happens. in the meantime I have to use my own airtime to contact them with no success.
