Worst company ever been waiting since 2nd April for a SIM swop without any joy. Phone back every 72 hours(they say this is how long it takes) everytime about 20min on phone just to get told serial number for new sim card incorrect now today all of a sudden phone number incorrect this company is a big NO NO please be aware
