Angry and disappointed customer

Blue label connect has poor service delivery towards their customers. I bought blue voucher of R590. On the 26th of October 2024 using Edgar's RCS. They just took my money but failed to send token number. I contacted them several time ro give me my refund. They just gave me two different reference number and told me that they escalated this matter. Till to date I have never received my token number or my refund. I want my money back R590 is too much, I can buy something with that money you stole from my Edgar's Rcs account.
