***** and POPIA bridge

I want to report my greatest dissapointment regarding this company it's a total ***** and I'm going to report this matter to the authorities and credit regulator. I finished paying this company for a cellphone contract I think in 2020 already I groveled for them to update and Remove this account from my profile and they never did. To my surprise when I check my credit profile I see there is a new account with a balance of R720 outstanding for what I don't know and I have a debit on my nedbank account for the past 2 months for the same amount. I want this investigated and I'm going to check for the Ceo of this company and report this matter even the POPIA council to investigate this matter further because it's not only bridge of the law it's invading and falsely making someone pay for goods not app**** for or they don't have. I want the culprit who auctioned this to be taken to task as well.
