An Entire Audit of the Staff Work Ethic and Competence
Incompetence on a despicable level. Simswop has not been implemented since 9 December after staff capturing 20 digit serial number incorrect and not calling back. I have calling to every 2 days to gain updates. Friday 16 December was a holiday and I was advised that I should phone back yet the company was closed and no calls of mine were picked up since 9am.
