Alliance and blu label has no respect for clients

So I called alliance on the 7th of October 2020 asking for a settlement letter spoke to a very kind Khothatso and she says d she will get it sent to me 8th I called again nothing only on the 12th they send it to me . Today I get a threatening email from a lady in their communication by the name of mariki telling me how they will send someone to my work place and so forth ! Clearly this company has no respect for their clients and they are collecting for Blu label
