I’m extremely disappointed with Blue Label and RCS Group.

I discovered that Blue Label (Mobile Content Subscriptions) has been debiting my RCS account without my consent since May 2025. On 29 June 2025, I was even double debited, which I never authorized. These charges were hidden under "mobile content subscription" – something I never requested or signed up for.

I contacted Blue Label from the Game Store on 17 July 2025 and demanded a stop to this and a full refund. To date, I have received NO response from them. This is completely unacceptable. They don't even read/respond to their emails.

➡️ This constitutes ***** and is a clear violation of the National Credit Act and the POPIA Act.

I will be escalating it to the Consumer Council, NCR, and Credit Ombud.

💬 Public awareness is critical. I urge everyone using an RCS card, especially at Game Stores, to check their statements carefully for any suspicious debits from "Blue Label" or similar unauthorized subscriptions.
