Agent very rude and arrogant

I was contacted by an agent who convinced me to take a contract, as they noticed that I buy a lot of air time from MTN and the agent said that it will be an MTN network and I then discovered that it was a CELL C networkand the phone is a Ulefone S 11. The courier guy was in a hurry and he did not want to open the box, he just left the package and was gone. The contract was supposed to have airtime and data. TO my HORROR its only R50 airtime and no data and I must pay R299 for 24 months. I would appreciate it if this company is investigated. And I DO NOT WANT THIS CONTRACT. Please help me I am an innocent victim in this ****. Thank you.
