***** against customers

I have an account with Edgards that I have not been using for some time. I receive a statement that says I owe Edgards R133. When I follow up it’s mobile content via Blue Lable. I do not receive airtime, data or anything but I’m being told that I have been paying all along. These people de***** people unknowingly and can’t even prove that you did agree to taking this out. Now I must pay for fees I have no clue about nor receive and goods nor services from.
