In the first week of May, a woman called, claiming to represent Game RCS to offer me a voucher. I was busy and politely declined the call. Subsequently, three unauthorized deductions of R179 each, totaling R537, appeared on my Game account in May 2025. I contacted Game RCS, but they stated they couldn't block the transactions, attributing them to Blue Label Connect, a company unfami**** to me. This is unacceptable and feels like *****, especially since I'm diligently paying off my Game account and accruing significant interest. How could R537 be added to my credit account without my consent? I contacted Blue Label Connect to stop these transactions, but another interest charge appeared yesterday. I have no contract with them and am unsure how to proceed, as this is increasing my Game RCS debt. I am extremely upset and seek a full refund. I'm unable to resolve this with RCS.
