Account in Arrears - Apparently

My wife signed up for an iphone 6S Plus and was greatly disappointed with what happened next

The delivery company DSV came to deliver the package and made my wife sign for a contract and disappeared before my wife could even investigate to see if she received the correct handset. Much to our surprise she received a refurbished Iphone 5S which was not what was originally sold.

We then accepted the fact that we will not be able to return the device and made peace with the fact that we were done in by a large company like Blue Label Connect.

My main complaint however is the fact that we have not missed a single payment as it is deducted the moment my wife's salary gets deposited into her account, but her account shows that it is 3 months in arrears which is VERY NEGATIVELY impacting her credit score.

Please could someone make contact soonest possible and advise on a way forward.
